🧩 Overview
Blick Gran Canaria is a business offering private excursions and guided tours around Gran Canaria, tailored for individuals, groups, and cruise passengers.
The project’s goal was to redesign and modernize an outdated Wix website, improve user experience (UX), integrate online payment functionality, and enhance SEO performance for better visibility.
💼 My Role & Scope of Work
I handled the complete website migration, redesign, and SEO setup, ensuring a clean, functional, and high-performing website.
Migrated the entire website from Wix to WordPress, including setup of hosting and professional email.
Redesigned the full UX layout and branding, focusing on a modern, elegant, and responsive design optimized for all devices.
Updated and redirected old URLs using 302 redirection to maintain SEO value.
Implemented booking forms using Gravity Forms connected with Stripe, allowing users to pay a deposit online for tours.
Added a Google Reviews section to increase credibility and trust.
Configured the website as multilingual using the GT Translate plugin (English, German, and Spanish).
Applied on-page SEO optimization using Rank Math SEO.
Created meta titles, meta descriptions, sitemap, and connected to Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Performed keyword research and tracking using SE Ranking.
📈 Results / Achievements
Successfully maintained and improved the client’s strong Google ranking positions.
The website ranks on the first page of Google for major keywords such as:

Increased the number of calls, inquiries, and online reservations through the new integrated payment system.
