Bas Maspalomas Immobilien is a real estate agency based in Gran Canaria that specializes in property rentals and sales. They also offer related services such as property maintenance, gardening, and Airbnb management for homeowners.
💼 My Role & Scope of Work
The client wanted a simple, professional, and easy-to-manage real estate website. I handled the full redesign from scratch, focusing on both usability and SEO performance.
Designed and developed the website using WordPress + Elementor with the Houzez theme, chosen for its real estate functionality and flexibility.
Set up custom property listings for both rent and sale, with structured categories and tags (villa, apartment, office, terrace, swimming pool, etc.) to make the search experience intuitive.
Implemented multilingual support using the GT Translate plugin, with the primary language in German and additional options for English and Spanish.
Created a custom PDF guide and live remote training sessions to teach the client how to update listings and manage the platform independently.
